What is Colon Hydrotherapy ?
Colon Hydrotherapy is referred to as colonics, colon irrigation or high enemas. All these are names for Colon Hydrotherapy Devices, which use safe filtered, temperature-controlled water for inner cleansing.

Is Colon Hydrotherapy completely Safe?
Yes. In fact with the new Colon Therapy equipment, treatments are much safer than the common enema. The Colon Therapy equipment that we use is F.D.A. approved, cleansed and sanitized after each client and one time sterile disposable tubes are used.

Is Colon Hydrotherapy painful?
An impacted colon can cause discomfort and cramping may occur as the colon contracts to expel waste. Once the major impaction is removed, many actually find a session pleasant.

How big is the rectal tube?
The rectal tube is the size of a pencil in width and self inserted 1.5” inches into the anus.

Will laxatives or enemas accomplish the same results?
To clean out the lower part of the colon, enemas are fine. But, you are missing about four feet of colon (the whole colon is 5 feet long). Laxatives are an irritant to the body.

Therefore, the body produces a thin, watery substance that goes through the colon and leaves behind impacted toxins and waste.

How can I cleanse my colon?
One of the safest ways is a combination of diet, exercise and Colon Hydrotherapy. It is the gentle infusion of filtered, temperature-controlled water, into the colon, by way of sterile-disposable rectal tube or speculum. Water in - waste matter flushed out.

What should I do before a session?

It may be more comfortable to refrain from eating at least two hours before your scheduled appointment. Drinking lots of good water and juices is a great idea.
