ABOUT ME

I 've trained at the prestigious New York Botanical Garden under the tutelage of several world renowned floral designers. What an amazing experience! I've learned Ikebana from a wonderful master from Japan , traditional arranging from several designers to the rich and famous and avant garde forms from New York and European based designers.

From time to time when a new technique is being taught or when I need to stimulate my creative senses I go back to the "Garden" for inspiration. I've been designing for restaurants and businesses as well as private parties for several years now and have been lucky enough to have worked for a well known restaurant whose owner let me have creative carte blanche most of the time when designing for the several rooms and reception areas of the establishment. Having free reign inspired me to start my own floral design business with great success.

Working with both silk and live .BONNIE BARR FLORAL CONCEPTS .uses only the highest quality blooms. Your preference is our priority. Sunflowers, fuschia, and hydrangea or anything else you can think of is available year 'round in the best quality silk and parchment. Most live flowers are available year 'round now as well! The world is at our doorstep with blooms arriving daily from California, Europe, New Zealand, South and Central America.
